Where I've come from

Where I’ve come from

My background combines education, creative practice and cultural engagement. I’ve worked across schools, colleges, cultural organisations to support young people and creative practitioners to access high-quality inclusive creative learning.

Before joining the Cultural Education Network, I held roles in teaching, curriculum leadership and quality assurance, including working as a Lecturer and Course Leader, and as a KS4 tutor in in alternative provision. Alongside this, I’m an active creative practitioner, giving me a practical understanding of both education settings and the cultural sector.

I joined the Cultural Education Network to support others at a system level — helping schools, freelancers as well asorganisations build partnerships, navigate the cultural landscape and embed creativity where it can have the greatest impact.
